    When I walked in a felt rather welcome but as I approached the front desk I noticed a stuff crow displayed above the managers office, which caught me off guard. The clerk attempted to get my attention off of the crow by giving me a lollipop, but before the sphereical candy orb made contact with my oral cavity the crow came to life, snatching the lolli and flying out an open window. So all in all I give it two stars

    Unfortunately I can not support this location or this company any longer. I moved to Ohio in 2015, and had my taxes done at this location. I paid the extra money to have my taxes done with H&R Block based on their reputation and "professional tax advisers". My tax adviser knew my family and I were new to the area. He neglected to point out that we needed to pay a Kettering city tax. My wife works from home and pay roll is processed out of state. He never advised us of the Kettering city tax, and neglected to point out that we were not paying it. In 2016 a different tax adviser at this location told us we owed the city of Kettering over $1200 in taxes. H&R Block of course takes no responsibility for their employees and how they have done my family and I wrong. Their employee caused this mistake. Like I said, we could have gotten our taxes done for a lot cheaper, but the peace of mind of having our taxes confidently done seemed worth the money to us. We are out of a nice pay out this year because of this location, and we will never give them our business again. Very disappointing and frustrating. I will be taking this matter up with the corporate office.
