  Great Service Even When Dealing with a Bad Topic Great job yesterday by Jennifer (with Becki's Input) on our insurance situation. When you hire someone to provide insurance, you really should consider how you'll work with the agent when there is bad news. After 5 years with the Becki Taylor State Farm Insurance Agency, we had to talk through rate increases due to our recent claims. We have 2 young drivers and just had a bad 2017 with claims. Jennifer was patient with us as we went through all of our concerns in was courteous and professional through it all. Even though she wanted to do more for us, she understood that her role was to explain our options while representing the parent company. My wife and I were pleased with the degree of professionalism displayed and the options presented. If you're in the market for a new insurance agent, you should consider Becki and Jennifer at State Farm Insurance in Kettering, Ohio.
